When I first downloaded and started using it I was a bit sceptical that it could be any good if it was free and over the next few days and weeks got to know it better. A very good product, I really recommend, I have tested many others and this one is really better, good job espocrm, keep it up! No procedure for backup and restore in windows. Upgrading is problematic when upgrade has new columns for existing tables, software looks for the new columns in existing version and stops with error when not found instead of creating them. Finding paid support for this is difficult.
Trying to import a large data set back into espocrm creates problems with phpmyadmin, and mysql workbench does not play nice with this database throwing all kinds of errors and warnings.
Can't do a simple export import with workbench without having to solve incompatibility errors. Bottom line, probably best to stick to Linux on an implementation with this one, and skip it if you plan to use Windows. Simon Pearce.
